Everyone was super nice and personable. I came for birth control and they did their best to match my previous pill. I was done in just over an hour but was with someone discussing everything for almost the entire time- not limbo waiting. I could have made the visit faster by having access to my most recent exams (whoops) but it did not slow things very much.

Someone needs to address the issues that are going on at Memphis Health Department Clinics..I wish I would have read the reviews before I went to Cawthon Clinic . I was only there for a Flu shot.I waited an Hour an 15min!!! No one was in the office (patients) and several was turn around at the door.Although I heard plenty of laughter and Employees talking....What good is a neighborhood clinic when they won’t service the neighborhood...Walked in Walgreens for my Flu Shot was in and out 15min top!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Called for appointment they were rude, went in nurse was very unprofessional, and called back for test results and she was mean. I wasn't sure which say to call back on and she copped an attitude and just hung up on me after I called her out on her attitude. UNPROFESSIONAL

The staff is friendly but the wic department needs a lot of help. They are very very slow and they take their time.. coming to wic you will be here about 5 hours, just sad.. Kids are irritated and hungry and the parents are to. Family planning is wayyy better they are about their business, in and out... I hate I came here for wic.
